Finn's Colombian - Medium Roast

This medium roasted Colombian coffee is inspired by Finn, one of the charming faces of our Tuxedo and Tabby logo. We first brought him in with the simple plan to get him fixed and help him find a home, but his gentle sweetness made that impossible. He settled into our lives with the same easy warmth this roast brings to every cup.

Finn’s Colombian Roast has medium acidity and a rounded body that feels smooth and welcoming. Dark chocolate notes give it a cozy richness, while hints of mango and peach add a bright touch that keeps each sip interesting. The complexity is pleasant and balanced, never overwhelming, just like Finn himself. It is a coffee that greets you kindly, stays steady, and makes every moment feel a little more comforting.
